1. Administrative support: maintaining and updating staff records, arranging meetings and appointments, handling combining and outgoing communications
2. Development, use and upkeep of Companies HR operating system on Bamboo.
3. Answering enquiries: Providing an initial response to internal and external enquiries from existing staff members, managers and candidates for vacancies.
4. Assisting with Recruitments publishing and editing job listings, arranging interviews and communicating directly with candidates and agencies. Initial vetting of applications.
5. Assisting with on boarding: Leading orientation for new employees and giving information about benefits, procedures.
6. Assisting with information for payroll: maintaining holiday, sick day records and absenteeism. Liaising with accounts for payroll and pension payments
7. Maintaining PSAL Group employee handbook, policies & procedures. Incorporating contractual employment obligations.
8. Coordinating events: Organising meetings for company wide HR-related meetings, plus training events and workshops in conjunction with Organisational Development Assistant.
9. Awareness of all GDPR rules and regulation and strict adherence to full confidentiality at all times.
10. Carrying out due diligence checks on new customers and suppliers and reviewing all on a regular basis. Using various social media and official sites.
11. Maintaining record of all customers and suppliers' due diligence status.
12. Communication with customers and suppliers to obtain appropriate information using bespoke forms.
13. Keeping upto date on Company sanctions.
14. Comply with Group safety policy & report all unsafe practice. Managing the safety of yourself and others at all time.
1. Participate openly in all forms of training for the benefit of the company and personal capability / safety.
2. Own your own development; seek courses aligned to the business objectives & present costed case benefits for management decision. (Certainly at appraisal, but expected periodically).
3. To transfer knowledge and skills to other members of the Team but also across the company and its subsidiaries
