Work in collaboration with our hiring managers and ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle is in line with our core values.
Champion the Aspirational Managers programme. Supporting with selection and recruitment and working in conjunction with the HRD to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
Ensure all administration relating to new starters, transfers, promotions and leavers, probations is completed and maintained.
Be responsible for issuing all new starter documentation, ensuring compliance with start dates and issuing and return of job descriptions.
Ensure all hiring managers communicate with candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
Ensure reference checks are completed and returned for all contracted colleagues.
Provide administrative support to the team, for example with invite letters, confirmation letters and any other administration support.
Ensure all documents are uploaded to the HR and Payroll system.
Ensure all physical and electronic personal files are in excellent order and are in line with GDPR regulations.
Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Ability to learn new systems such as our in-house HR/Payroll system.
Ability to manage and organise your working time effectively.
Approachable; our aim is to enhance employee engagement.
You must be aware of your responsibilities for safeguarding confidentiality and preserving information security.
Your Apprenticeship
As an apprentice, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration course, typically lasting 15 months, which includes an endpoint assessment
