Job Description





Beannchor is one of Northern Irelands largest hospitality companies including properties such as The Merchant Hotel, Bullitt Hotel and Little Wing Pizzeria.

We are currently looking to recruit a part time Human Resources Administrator (24 hours)
Days of work are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9-5pm

This is an excellent opportunity learn about the HR function in growing business.

The Main duties include:

  • Taking notes at meetings
  • Scanning and uploading documentation
  • Organising, ordering, and dispensing uniform
  • Updating noticeboards
  • Supporting the recruitment coordinator
  • Completing right to work checks as required
  • Completing SIA checks for Door supervisors as required


The ideal candidate will have:
  • An excellent standard of note taking skills, this will be tested at interview stage
  • Office experience
  • Excellent I.T Skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail for recording and maintenance of records
  • Excellent Communication skills


The hours of work are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9-5pm in Central Belfast Head Office.
Occasionally the role may require evening and weekend work
