Job Overview:

University College Birmingham are looking for an organised individual with meticulous attention to detail to join our growing team of experienced HR professionals as a HR Administrator.

Human Resources is responsible for providing a high-quality support service to the University across a wide variety of areas including Recruitment, Continuous Professional Development and Employee Relations.

You will assist in the administrative support for a number of these areas including the staff development system, staff absence and support on the organisation of the staff induction process.

You will have excellent communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries either in person, or by email and telephone. In addition, previous administrative experience alongside working with confidential information is essential.
