HR Administrator
.
This is a part-time position (30 hours) days to be discussed.
This pivotal role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference in the workplace. As part of our vibrant HR team, you will play a key role in helping maintain a positive, engaged work culture and supporting the operational success of our charity.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our HR Administrator, you will manage the essential administrative functions within the HR department. This will include record-keeping, absence management, updating databases, and handling communications via letter, email, and phone. With a team of around 270 employees and exciting growth plans on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us and contribute to the ongoing success of CANW.
