We have an exciting opportunity for a

HR Administrator

to join our team in

Craigavon

. This role will be site based 5 days per week and will hold overall responsibility and accountability to provide an excellent level of administrative service ensuring all administration activities are provided in a timely and efficient manner. This is a busy and varied role where you will need to be able to build relationships with employees and managers across the business.

What You'll Need

Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with some understanding of HR Procedures and Best Practices Awareness of confidentiality and handling confidential information securely Strong attention to detail Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Office, as well as good telephone manner. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills. Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively. An ability to work independently and on your own initiative within specified guidelines or processes. Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels. An ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
