Results Consortium is a growing organisation with an ambitious workforce agenda. We are now seeking a proactive and highly organised
HR Administrator
to provide day-to-day HR support to the organisation. This role will ensure the smooth running of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance, and offboarding.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR administration skills, attention to detail, and a desire to build their career in HR. The role is varied and hands-on, with scope to be involved in projects and contribute to staff wellbeing and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and employee files, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
Prepare and process accurate payroll data (sickness, leave, new starters, leavers, and contract changes).
Support recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
Coordinate onboarding and induction activities in line with safer recruitment practices and organisational policy.
Monitor and track mandatory training and CPD requirements, ensuring compliance across the organisation.
Provide first-line HR support to managers and staff on policies, contracts, annual leave, flexible working, and other HR queries.
Assist with employee relations casework by preparing documentation and supporting managers under the guidance of the HR Lead.
Support policy reviews, audits, and the implementation of HR procedures.
Produce HR reports and data analysis to support decision making.
Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and help organise staff events and company functions.
Support exit processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the HR function and the organisation.
Candidate Criteria
HR related Qualification and CIPD registration is preferred.
Previous HR experience (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with confidence in data analysis and report production.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
Confident using digital platforms and online HR systems.
