We're looking for a motivated and proactive HR Administrator to join our friendly HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring environment.

You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries -- keeping everything running smoothly and helping colleagues feel supported.

What you'll do

In this varied role, you'll support every stage of the employee journey, including:

Coordinating recruitment and onboarding Preparing offer letters and contracts Supporting induction and learning & development processes Maintaining our HR database and ensuring data accuracy Helping to implement our new HR and Payroll system

What we're looking for

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) Experience in an HR or administrative role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Great communication and teamwork skills
