Hours of work: 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (one hour lunch time) 37.5 hours a week
Salary: up to \xc2\xa327.5k per annum DOE
Working Conditions: Office based

HR Administrator Core duties:

  • Assist the HR Manager in providing a high-quality, cost-effective HR service that meets customer needs and corporate objectives. To work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues from departments across the organization.
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll submission for UK employees, ensuring all data is accurate
  • Invoice preparation and payment
  • HR administration
  • Business Trip administration
  • Staff Travel, administration and recruitment
  • UK Visa for expatriates from Japan and other countries
  • Administration of various benefit
  • Manage DC pension (incl Automatic Enrolment compliance)
  • Conduct monthly timestamp reviews
  • Defined Benefit pension administration Provide expert and professional service on Human Resources issues and support business
  • The jobholder may, from time to time, be required to carry out other duties provided, that are within the general level of responsibility of the duties set out above and within the abilities of the jobholder


HR Administrator Ideal candidate:
  • Fluent in English
  • Some HR knowledge and experience would be highly beneficial
  • Computer literate - MS office (Outlook, OE, Word, and Excel)
  • Numeracy skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
