Job Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate people person to support the HR function in the role of HR Administrator. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of an exciting journey to make Carden Park Hotel the best place to work. You will be working with the HR team to ensure that all aspects of HR Admin are carried out efficiently, whilst always keeping an eye on the detail.

Your day with Team Carden:

  • To ensure that smooth running of all administration for the HR department as well as being approachable and accessible to all employees to help with day to day queries
  • Support with the hotel recruitment needs
  • To administer employee new starter packs via the applicant tracking system, ensuring documents are accurate and sent out to new employees in a timely manner
  • Create personal files and electronic personal files ensuring they are maintained to a good standard in line with Data Protection legislation
  • Work closely with Payroll in regards to starters and leavers to ensure timely payments
  • Process any internal amendments to people\'s employment contracts
  • Support the HR Manager team to organise and run the Company inductions which on occasions may run in evenings or weekends, as required
  • Support with planning and organisation of any employee events
  • Manage the HR system log in information for users, ensuring the user has the correct permissions available to them
  • Complete resignation acceptance letters
  • Support with the management of the e-learning system, adding new starters or removing leavers as and when required
Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement for the odd day at the weekend.
Salary: \xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa325,000
