About the Role



As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality operational HR service across our schools. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the HR inbox and answering the dedicated HR phone line, ensuring timely and professional responses Processing job adverts and supporting recruitment activities, including supporting the interview day and preparing documentation Handling contractual changes and maintaining accurate employee records Updating and maintaining the systems with relevant employee data Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements Providing general administrative support to the HR Team, including filing, data entry, and minute-taking

We Are Looking for Someone Who:



Has strong administrative experience, ideally within an education setting Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Is eager to learn and grow within the HR profession Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Is confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications Acts with integrity and professionalism Is a team player
