We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term basis until September 2026. The ideal candidate will play a key role in payroll processing, recruitment support, and general HR administration. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for a flexible working arrangement.
Duties
Process weekly/monthly payroll using Payroll software
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries
Communicate with clients regarding payroll matters
Support recruitment processes including interview coordination and contract preparation
Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and third parties
Administer probation reviews and support onboarding/offboarding
Prepare HR documents and respond to employee queries
Track leave, attendance, and HR metrics
Ensure compliance with employment law and internal procedures
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Experience
Experience in a payroll or administrative role preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
