We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the company as the

HR Administrator

at our stunning

Bentley and Lamborghini Grange Tunbridge Wells

location. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), at 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexibility on the start and finish times with the successful candidate, however these would need to be within office hours.

Becoming an HR Administrator for Cambria...



This is the perfect role for an individual who wants to take the first steps in their HR career, and grow their style and internal customer relationships, whilst developing their HR knowledge and skills.

The HR Administrator will have access and support to undertake their Level 3 HR as an apprenticeship programme if they wish to further develop their knowledge and skills.

Salary of 25K

You are highly organised and able to plan your work and day diligently.

You are an individual who is confident and thrives on challenging and demanding situations.

You can adhere to tight deadlines and are confident to work and communicate with, various individuals in the business including Board Directors.

You have a good level of written English, at least a level 4/C (or equivalent) and are exceptionally accurate, with good attention to detail.

You are confident in the use of Microsoft, including Word and Excel.

Preferably you have at least 2 years' experience in a previous administrative role.

There is a requirement to hold a Full UK driving licence as the role may require travel to a different company site on occasion, and as agreed.

What does a normal day look like?



A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow!

It is a role of variety, autonomy, and diversity, but will as standard include:

Creating offers of employment

Inputting and managing the onboarding process on the HR System (HR Access)

Completing compliance requirements for Right to Work checks and driving licences.

Processing variation to contracts

Managing the leaver process

Liaising with the Payroll department to manage the monthly employee cycle.

Managing and co-coordinating the HR inbox inquiries.

Support and advise on general HR policies and procedures as required.

Create and upload vacancies to job boards.

The role may require attending employee meetings to act as a company witness and digitally recording these to later transcribe.

Involvement in department projects including Annual Awards Event.
