The Learning Academy Partnership is seeking a proactive, values driven HR Adviser to join our expanding and highly collaborative HR Team. This is a key professional role within our Trust, offering the opportunity to lead on HR casework, support strategic HR initiatives, and help shape how we deliver an outstanding colleague experience across our family of schools.

You'll be joining an embedded HR Team that works closely with our schools and teams You'll work closely with leaders, managers, and colleagues to deliver expert HR advice that makes a meaningful difference every day.

What You'll Do



As an HR Adviser, you will provide professional advice, guidance, and support across the full employee lifecycle, including:

Provide professional, values led HR advice to school and Trust leaders, supporting consistent and effective HR management across multiple settings. Support the colleague lifecycle across the Trust, helping ensure that every stage from recruitment to exit reflects our culture and promotes a positive colleague experience. Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, lawful, and Trust aligned decision making that supports leaders to resolve issues confidently. Promote and support strong, compliant practices in recruitment, onboarding, and safer recruitment, ensuring that statutory and safeguarding requirements are met. Ensure robust HR compliance, accuracy of Trust wide data, and alignment with employment legislation, education sector requirements, and Trust policies. Contribute to Trust wide HR initiatives, ensuring HR practice evolves with the needs of our schools, colleagues, and communities.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:



Is inspired by our mission to deliver Flourishing Futures for All and is committed to making a difference in children's lives through exceptional HR practice.

Holds or is working towards CIPD Level 5 or has equivalent experience delivering HR advisory support. If you are not yet qualified, we would still love to hear from you and would appoint on the Grade E salary scale (26,403 - 28,142).

Has sound knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and effective ER case management. Is confident partnering with leaders and providing professional, solutions focused advice. Is highly organised, detail driven, and able to manage competing priorities with integrity and discretion. Builds strong, trusted relationships and communicates with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Is committed to continuous learning, development, and reflective practice.
