Due to the rapid growth of the business we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR consultancy team in providing comprehensive HR support to our clients.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR processes and an ability to provide high quality HR advice, with a focus on effective communication and a risk based commercial approach.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Sekoya clients at all levels to address HR-related queries and concerns with a responsibility for a group of clients.
Workday:
- Manage HR requirements for a group of Sekoya clients across the employee life cycle
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment and employee handbooks
- Provide advice and guidance on operational HR matters such as disciplinary, capability and attendance
- Support effective recruitment processes for clients as required including candidate management, interview preparation and support, assessment centers preparation and support including psychometric testing
- Manage Breathe HR system for all clients who use this facility
- Use the company client management system Clio for recording all time
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong social media management skills for HR branding and recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of Breathe HR
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across an organisation
