Salary: Grade 7 Spine Point 15 (32,199) - Spine Point 18 (35,395).
We're seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Advisor to join our central HR team who has experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking and delivering to deadlines are crucial to the role. and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to support HR operations and drive people initiatives that strengthen our culture and performance.
In this role, you'll provide expert HR guidance across a range of areas such as managing employee relations, coaching and advising line managers to build capability and confidence and championing staff wellbeing and driving employee engagement.
We're looking for a HR profession who can work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments. The post holder will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as well as a flexible approach to the role.
The post holder must hold CIPD accreditation.
