We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Human Resources team as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will provide professional HR advice and support across multiple departments, ensuring best practice, consistency, and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work alongside another HR Advisor to deliver a holistic and consistent approach to HR management across the FPA.

Office Based - Pembroke House, Adderbury, OX17 3NS



Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week



Key Responsibilities



Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support recruitment activities end to end, including interviews and documentation. Manage onboarding, probation reviews and offboarding processes. Advise on employee relations matters and HR casework. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support performance management, change initiatives and training compliance. Review and maintain HR policies, procedures and document templates.

Key Competencies/behaviours



Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.

Key Education and experience



A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English, Math's, Science, and IT, all at grade C/4 or above. Level 5 CIPD qualified in HR Management Advanced skills in Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proven experience in administrative support, including efficient management of documentation, coordination of processes, and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping. At least 3 years experience working within a HR environment Experience with HR Information Systems Proven experience in assisting with HR-related projects
