With support from the HRD, you'll deliver the full spectrum of HR support, guiding managers, empowering staff, and shaping our inclusive culture. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, systems, learning, and more, you'll ensure every colleague's experience is smooth, positive, and compliant- right across the employee lifecycle. You'll work with smart digital tools and collaborative teams, helping us continually raise the bar for quality, service, and employee engagement.?

In this role, you will:



Own HR processes - recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and exits for seamless transitions. Advise managers and staff with clear, policy-based guidance and up-to-date best practice. Support employee relations work, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance issues, with tact and care.? Drive our annual cycles (performance reviews, pay/bonus, calibration, surveys) to boost business and people performance.? Keep HR systems data clean and compliant, collaborating with payroll and benefits teams.? Coordinate and deliver training for skills, growth, and succession, making capability your priority.? Participate in exciting HR projects, policy reviews, and system upgrades to help us adapt and improve. Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement, fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

We're looking for:



CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience). A solid grounding in UK employment law, HR best practice, and diversity/inclusion principles. Hands-on experience with a generalist background, spanning recruitment, L&D, and employee relations in dynamic, multi-stakeholder settings. Resilient, positive, and solution-focused attitude, ready to build trust, influence, and drive change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-37,500.00 per year
