Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and building strong relationships? Wilson James is looking for a

Human Resources Adviser

to join our onsite team at Belfast International Airport. In this role, you will provide proactive, professional, and consistent HR advice to managers and employees, helping us achieve our organisational goals while minimising risk.

What you'll do:



Deliver high-quality HR advice and support across all people policies. Manage employee relations cases, ensuring risk is mitigated and compliance maintained. Support formal consultations during organisational changes. Provide timely employment law guidance and advice on absence and ER casework. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with governance and legal requirements. Monitor and review working practices in line with legislation and case law. Produce relevant HR reports and analysis for management. Implement wellbeing programmes that promote physical, mental, and emotional health. Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and recommend improvements. Build positive relationships with trade unions and foster collaborative dialogue. Enhance managerial capability through training and coaching on HR policies and best practices.

What we are looking for:




Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines Effective team member who demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall team effectiveness HR experience at a similar level, within a proven background of managing employee relations matters Preferred candidate will be CIPD qualified Level 3
