We're growing year after year and continuing to expand our HR Support services -- and now we're looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and people-focused HR Advisor to join the team. You'll get involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, supporting our consultants and clients to deliver an outstanding HR experience. You'll partner with our HR Consultants to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes (HR admin, recruitment, systems) while also getting involved in bigger-picture activities / projects like employee relations, reward, and HR projects that make a real impact for our clients.

Skills / Experience
At least 1 years' experience working in a varied HR admin / HR Assistant role - workings towards CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
Driven, dependable and eager to grow - you put in the effort to make things happen and keep developing your skills
An ability to work across many different business needs is essential - you will need experience in a role that requires multi-tasking or some level of complexity
Familiarity with basic employment law and HR best practice, coupled with experience of leading / supporting ER processes and HR projects
A friendly, proactive and professional manner
Strong relationship building skills, able to build credibility with key contacts and stakeholders at a senior level
Articulate and intelligent with strong communication skills
Tech savvy and experienced in using HR systems and tools
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst remaining calm
Flexibility to travel when required as clients are based all over the UK. Must be able to drive and have own car
