WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive professional HR services across the organisation. Supporting the Human Resources Manager to drive strategic recruitment initiatives and shape the employee experience, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated. The post will have a leading role in assisting with multiple HR projects, whilst ensuring a positive, high-performing and compliant culture across the organisation.
Strategic HR Support:
Partner with the Human Resources Manager to deliver an effective HR strategy, provide expert HR advice and guidance, support workforce planning and lead on employee relation matters.
Talent Management:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding and retention strategies to successfully integrate top talent.
Operational HR Management:
Oversee key HR operations including attendance, absence, leave management, payroll input and sickness tracking to ensure smooth workforce administration.
HR Projects:
Alongside the Human Resources Manager manage multiple projects and staff cases, including, employee relations, discipline and grievance issues, performance management, welfare and pay grading matters.
Policy & Procedure Management:
Assist with the continual review of policies and procedure to ensure legislative compliance, HR best practice and alignment with the needs of a multi-educational environment.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Support the development of key performance indicators and HR metrics, collecting and analysing HR data to highlight trends, workforce risks and improvement opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Visibility:
Act as a visible and approachable HR presence, gather feedback, promote engagement and enhance the overall employee experience.
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs, implement development programs to support career progression pathways.
Change & Culture:
Champion organisational change, driving a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.
Other Duties:
Undertake additional HR responsibilities to support operational and strategic objectives.
WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Human Resources professional, preferably in an education setting.
Qualified to Degree level or equivalent.
CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
Demonstrated HR Advisory experience across a broad range of HR functions, commensurate with the nature of the role.
Knowledge of multi-educational terms and conditions would be advantageous.
