To provide a range of HR guidance and advice to staff and managers across the Multi-Academy Trust and St Bede's Childcare and take a key role in supporting, guiding and coaching managers throughout all aspects of employee relations ensuring consistent application of employment law and striving for best practice.
This role will support the HR Director and the wider HR team in delivering a holistic HR service and will focus on key performance indicators to ensure that the Trust has a consistent workforce i.e., supporting with attendance management, recruitment, retention and exit strategies.
As part of this role, you will be expected to maintain good client relations and have a flexible approach.
About You
You will be Level 5 CIPD qualified with relevant operational HR experience covering a range of employee relation issues i.e., matters of capability, performance, sickness, absence, disciplinary and grievance together with terms and conditions of service and organisational change. You will also have experience of policy development.
