As a HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping our culture and supporting our people, leaders, and stakeholders. You'll be passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our strategic goals, acting as a true ambassador for who we are and what we stand for.

In this role, you'll keep our HR operations running smoothly - managing systems and processes efficiently while providing trusted advice, guidance, and support across the organisation.

This is a

6-month fixed-term contract

with the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

What will you be doing?





Providing timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Support the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases. Coach and guide line managers in people management practices to ensure consistency and fairness. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law and company standards. Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with data protection regulations. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and employee engagement. Provide data and insights through HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.


What does good look like?



Essential:Proven experience providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases. Experience maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable:CIPD qualification (or working towards). Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
