We're growing quickly, and looking for an experienced HR Advisor to maintain our people-focused culture and legal best-practice as we continue to professionalise our HR operations. This role is a mid-level role where you will be responsible for delivering our HR services end-to-end.

You'll help shape the people strategy from day one, working with our leadership team, and have the opportunity to design and implement meaningful changes fast. And because we're a small, agile team, no two days will be the same and you'll get stuck into every part of HR.

What you'll do:



Be the front door for all HR queries, providing clear advice and guidance to managers on everything from performance management to employee relations. Write, update and maintain HR policies, ensuring they stay relevant and compliant, while also looking for opportunities to streamline and improve processes. Own and run the annual appraisal process, and work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to keep benefits and salary packages competitive and attractive. Promoting a healthy work-life balance and mediate conflicts to keep the workplace positive and productive.

What you'll need:



Previous experience in an HR advisory position, with a track record of guiding managers on a wide range of HR issues Experience implementing new policies and procedures, and the confidence to own and shape the HR function Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the business, including executives A CIPD qualification or equivalent Must be eligible and willing to undergo SC clearance Experience working in a regulated industry will be beneficial

Location


We are based in the centre of Cheltenham in a stunning new build contemporary office 5min walk from the local shops and cafes. This is expected to be an office based role initially while you bed into the company and form key relationships, as the role progresses we are happy to consider Hybrid working arrangements.
