Join Landstruction and take ownership of our HR responsibilities, providing expert advice, managing recruitment, and supporting our staff while making a real impact on the company culture.

Based in Deeside, this is a fantastic opportunity to work independently in a stand-alone HR role, while still having access to external HR advisory support when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a HR Advisor, you'll play a central role in managing our HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing recruitment and onboarding processes Providing HR advice and guidance to the management team Organising and coordinating training where needed Attending meetings as the HR representative Supporting strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture Assisting with Investors in People and Real Living Wage accreditation renewals Promoting our PROUD company values Keeping up to date with changes to employment law and legislation

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in a HR role CIPD Level 3 Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and equal opportunities legislation Proactive approach to personal and professional development Ability to manage your own workload

Desirable:

CIPD Level 5
