We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to support our organisation's HR functions and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, HR systems, and administrative processes. The role is onsite, permanent and full time however part time would be considered for the right person. The salary is 30,000.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HRIS system platforms to ensure accurate employee data entry and record keeping.
Support recruitment processes by assisting with adverts, applicant tracking, and interviewing.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and management.
Assist in organising employee onboarding programmes, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Support administrative tasks related to human resources functions such as scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and updating personnel records.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve existing processes and implement new systems or tools as required.
Look at salary and benchkmarking analysis when required.
Qualifications
Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in human resources management.
CIPD qualification
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
