We are looking for a new HR Advisor for our food Manufacturing site in Sefton, Liverpool. This is a Full-time, on-site role with some travel to Head Office in Warrington.

We're looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to join our busy food manufacturing site. This is a stand-alone role, so you'll be the go-to person for all things HR day-to-day -- from employee relations and absence management to coaching managers and supporting our teams on the ground.
You'll have the freedom and autonomy to shape the site's HR approach, while also working closely with our Head of HR to deliver wider people initiatives and drive HR forward across the business.
This is a role for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, build relationships at every level, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What you'll be doing:
Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
Managing employee relations cases and ensuring fair, consistent processes
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training activity
Driving engagement and supporting cultural improvement initiatives
Partnering with the Head of HR to deliver site HR improvements and projects
What we're looking for:
Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on HR role (ideally within manufacturing or FMCG)
Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice
A confident communicator who builds trust and credibility quickly
Someone proactive, practical and happy to "get stuck in"
