Advise on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and attendance management cases.
Support hearings and investigations, ensuring fair and compliant processes.
Change Management:
Assist with restructures and TUPE transfers.
Provide HR support during organisational change, including consultation and onboarding/offboarding.
Compliance:
Carry out Right to Work checks, DBS verification, and employment audits.
Respond to FOI and internal audit requests.
Ensure HR and payroll data accuracy.
Service Delivery:
Provide HR advice on safeguarding, pay, and equal pay issues.
Contribute to HR service planning and policy development.
Deliver briefings and training to managers on HR policies.
Industrial Relations:
Support HR Business Partner in handling disputes and union engagement.

Person Specification (Essential)
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
CIPD qualified or working towards.
Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
Experience in HR generalist roles, including ER casework.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Confident with MS Office and HR systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
