Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Advisor to join our HR Team at the HCPC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute practical solutions to people-related challenges under the guidance of experienced HR professionals. A genuine interest in personal growth and a willingness to work innovatively and cooperatively with others are essential qualities for success in this position.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HRBP to help the HCPC achieve its strategic objectives including the implementation of our vision outlined in the 5-Year People Strategy. Collaborating closely with the members of the HR Team, you will contribute to a range of HR activities, including recruitment, delivering HR trainings, promoting employee engagement, supporting with employee relations, and payroll. Your support will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our People Strategy and driving positive change within the organisation.

Candidate Requirements



Strong generalist with a business mindset, ideally CIPD or relevant qualification Proven experience of delivering as a credible highly skilled advisor Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation Experience in HR advisory roles, payroll administration, talent acquisition, onboarding and other operational tasks Proven ability in HR processes/procedures including employee relations Excellent verbal, and written communication skills Sound understanding of HR policies, processes, procedures, and legislation Ability to maintain confidentiality and seek advice when needed Flexible, adaptable and inclusive in nature.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 31,491.00-35,018.00 per year
