Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

HR Advisor

to support our Human Resources department. This role will provide support in various HR functions, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records). + Assist with onboarding of new hires + Support managers with grievance, disciplinary and performance management cases
+ Support recruitment activities + Monitor absence recording, reports and carry out return to work meetings + Help administer performance reviews, and training schedules + Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements + Prepare and maintain HR-related correspondence and documentation
+ Handle HR-related inquiries from employees
+ Support ad hoc HR and payroll projects as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR practices and employment law CIPD Level 3 preferred but not essential
