HR Advisor - Preston (PR2) - \xc2\xa327-30K per annum

We\'re working with one of our trusted clients within the food manufacturing industry, who\'re looking for a HR Advisor to join their team!

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with the Group HR Director and the broader HR Team, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees throughout the Company in a generalist HR capacity. Additionally, the position involves engaging in HR projects with the HR Team to bolster the overall HR strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop training content for the organization using an authoring tool.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives by delivering training sessions to departmental managers and teams.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training materials and Return on Investment (ROI) through the Success Factors HR System.
  • Generate relevant HR reports as required.
  • Collaborate closely with departments, taking on a supportive role to assist line managers in comprehending and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse culture within the organization.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, preparing job adverts, evaluating application forms, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements
  • Possess a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Ability to write training content.
  • Previous experience working in a busy HR department, providing advice and guidance to managers.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in handling employee relations matters (grievances, disciplinaries, absence reviews, etc.).
  • Effective organizational, verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for creating and delivering training sessions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, dealing with ambiguity, and challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
