Job Title: HR Advisor - Project

Location: Lowestoft

Hours: Fractional - 0.6 FTE - 22.2 hpw

Contract: Fixed Term to 31/07/2026

Salary: Band K - 34680.00 to 37740.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

The People Team here at East Coast College are looking for a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join them and support an exciting job evaluation project.


Working closely with a small project team focused on implementing a new job evalutaion system, your collaborative and solution focused apporach will help to ensure that all stakeholders are communicted with, all roles are reviewed in a systematic and transparent way - fully utilising Gauge+ software.


Key needs from you and the role;

Stakeholder engagement

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Confidence and experience with Job Evaluation software

CIPD qualified (ideally)

Comittment to safeguarding
