What does this role involve day to day?
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies
Support performance management processes to help teams thrive
Assist with managing short- and long-term absence, balancing employee wellbeing with business needs
Collaborate with our Occupational Health and Wellbeing team to support health initiatives
Work with the Resourcing team to promote diversity and inclusion, including supporting recruitment and assessment activities
Contribute to HR projects across the wider function
Use HR data and trends to inform decision-making
Ensure accurate absence and sickness recording, and produce HR reports and KPIs as needed
This will be suited to you if...
You have a solid understanding of Employment Law and can apply it practically
You're confident in both written and verbal communication, and comfortable using IT systems
You can coach and influence stakeholders at different levels
You're detail-oriented and thorough
You're experienced in producing HR reports (e.g. absence, turnover, vacancies)
You work well independently and as part of a team
You build trust and strong relationships with managers and colleagues
You're motivated and committed to your own development
What happens next?
Ordinarily, our Resourcing Team reviews and shortlists CVs. If shortlisted, you'll speak to one of our Recruiters to discuss the role further. Our interview process usually consists of an initial team's interview followed by an in-person interview.
