We're looking for an experienced

HR Advisor

to join our team and deliver a proactive HR service to employees and managers. You'll ensure people practices are applied consistently, legally, and in line with company policies while supporting managers to create a positive, compliant workplace.

You'll provide expert advice on employee relations, coach managers on people management, and maintain accurate HR systems. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and strong communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

Advise and support on ER casework, including disciplinary and absence management. Maintain accurate ER records and HR system data. Coach managers on HR policies and best practice. Support HR projects and administrative activities. Monitor ER trends and compliance, reporting to senior HR leadership. Provide updates in daily team meetings.

What We're Looking For

CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification. Up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law. Experience coaching managers and handling ER cases. Strong organisational and communication skills. Pragmatic, problem-solving approach. Experience in a fast-paced or 24/7 operational environment.
