Job Description

We are looking for a HR advisor to work within Social Housing / Property Services, you must have the experience listed below. If you have worked within Social Housing / Construction it's very beneficial.

Required:

Support the business in restructures, redundancies and TUPE in line with employment legislation and best practice Previous practical experience operating within an HR Advisor capacity with a high volume of field based employees across multiple sites. Ability to build credible working relationships with key stakeholders Strong HR skills and knowledge including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, performance management, long term sickness and capability Pro active approach to identifying issues and solutions Attention to detail with clear and simple communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to prioritise workload and take on multiple HR activities Experience mentoring, coaching and supporting managers, provide training on policies and processes, as well as front-end performance management to help enable managers to get the best out of their teams A good understanding of employment legislation and how to apply this Strong Excel and HR system skills and proficient in MS Office applications
6 Month FTC

Salary: 35,000

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 35,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
