We are looking for an experienced motivated, passionate HR professional to join our busy HR department. You will be working as part of a team, supporting the site with all aspects of people related activity. This is a great opportunity for a generalist HR Officer to work collaboratively with our current HR Officer to provide employee relations advice and support across our busy food manufacturing site. Your main duties will include proactively supporting and guiding managers in performance management process, disciplinary and grievance issues, managing absence and attendance and probation reviews. You will manage the recruitment process to provide a full service to internal customers by actively understanding the requirements and sourcing the best candidates for your area. \xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x80\x8dPerson Specification Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and a positive assertive style to build rapport and assist in developing a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels
• Tactful and approachable
• Confident working on their own and as part of a team
• CIPD qualification or proven experience in a similar role
• Ideally have proven experience in a food manufacturing site
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and detailed records with coherent audit trails

Core hours are mainly Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm. However, due to the nature of the role and the site working 24/7 flexibility may be required on occasion. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa328,000.00-\xc2\xa332,000.00 per year Benefits:
