Dedicated to enhancing our HR processes, we're improving our overall employee experience through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Join our HR team as a talented People Analyst, and you'll help us create a dynamic, supportive workplace.

The role

As a key contributor to our HR team, you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging HR systems and data to drive strategic decision-making. HR Systems Management - Take ownership of our HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring optimal configuration, data accuracy, and user support. You'll provide expert guidance on system functionality and help drive adoption across the business. Experience with iTrent is highly desirable.

System Optimisation & Process Automation - Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through system improvements, automation, and integration. You'll work with IT and vendors to implement changes that improve efficiency and user experience.

Data Analysis & Reporting - Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends and generate insights. You'll develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects to support strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with HR and other departments to understand their data and system needs, delivering tailored solutions and insights that support their goals.

Data Integrity & Governance - Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data through regular audits, quality checks, and system controls.

Project Support - Provide data and systems expertise to support HR projects, including system upgrades, policy changes, and organisational development initiatives.

Training & Documentation - Create user guides, process documentation, and deliver training to ensure effective use of HR systems across the organisation.

Who we're looking for

You'll bring proven experience in an HR analytics or HR systems role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You'll also have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms (preferably iTrent), with a strong understanding of system configuration, data structures, and reporting capabilities.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
