Job Summary


The HR Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the human resources functions within the organisation. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient data entry, and maintaining accurate records within HR systems. The HR Officer will collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and support the overall HR strategy.



Facilitate recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and conducting interviews. Maintain accurate HR records in line with data protection guidelines. Provide administrative support to the wider team. Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives. Support the processing of HR documents such as contracts and letters. Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, including payroll. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices. Adhere to all HR policies and procedures in line with regulations/best practice guidance. Support management with ER cases, advising on both grievance and disciplinary. Support with housing compliance tasks, managing an effective service for the organisation and landlords. Assist with other administration and compliance duties.

The Successful Applicant



A successful HR Officer should have:

A qualification in Human Resources or related field. Proficiency in HR systems and databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
