We are looking for a Maternity Cover HR and Payroll Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join Bandon Hill Primary school and become an integral member of the Administration team.

The successful candidate will support the Headteacher at Bandon Hill Primary School to deliver professional, consistent and effective HR support and oversee all aspects of HR and Payroll. They must also have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.

Main responsibilities:

To implement, lead and deliver on all aspects of HR and Payroll. To support the office/admin team with daily operations as required. To contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school. To share and support the school's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

You will need:

Experience of working in the education sector in a similar role Recognised Business/Finance/HR qualification Experience in the field of HR Experience managing a payroll system
