Your Role:

  • Assisting in the full 360 recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate records.
  • Assisting in HR and administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
  • Learning about HR policies and best practices.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Over the age of 17
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Keen interest in HR, Recruitment field
  • Professional and respectful attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about helping others succeed.
No previous HR or Recruitment experience is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. We value diversity and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply
