This is a full-time role, which will include time off for studies, and the successful candidate will work from our office in Glenrothes. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:





To develop your skills with a view to progressing to HR Advisor at the end of the apprenticeship. In this role you will support our team and our clients with all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment.

What can you expect?





These are some of the things you can expect to do if you're successful:



Scheduling interviews, and/or assessment centres Generation of recruitment correspondence including offer letters Manage the Recruitment inbox in a timely and professional manner Answer inbound and make outbound calls to clients and candidates Update our online HR information system Prepare letters for the team Take minutes at meetings Responsible for updating our internal IT systems

Knowledge, skills and experience required:





Good attention to detail Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook An ability and willingness to get involved and show initiative Be a team player Good communication skills, both verbal and written Confident telephone manner, as you will be speaking to our clients and candidates daily


What is important, is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn as full training will be provided and nationally recognised qualifications.

Qualifications required:





Higher English (or expected to receive in August 2025) Higher Business and/or Higher Administration (or expected to receive in August 2025)
