We're looking for a HR Apprentice that will have the opportunity to progress as an employed HR Administrator after successful completion of their apprenticeship.
Would you like to gain entry to the HR profession, gaining valuable work experience whilst working towards a level 3 Apprenticeship in Human Resources or Business Admin? Our Human Resources team manage the full employee lifecycle, and this opportunity will be to support the HR Business Partner to deliver data, system and compliance tracking on all the work that the team get involved in. This will enable the HR Apprentice to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to successfully achieve their apprenticeship and open up opportunity for a future career whilst working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the role:
To work with and ensure the confidentiality and security of people information
To work with data, identifying errors, checking the correct process, and putting in rectification
To support the creation and maintenance of guidance documents, templates and training videos
The Location:
Your base location will be the Nuneaton site
