Job Description

Role Summary
Provide support to Regional HR Team relating to Payroll Input, Training, Recruitment, Administrative Tasks, and ad-hoc Projects as directed by Regional HR Manager. Where possible, contribute to the improvement of employment policies, process and practices as well as recommend changes to the Regional HR Manager.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the reporting of Payroll Elements on a Monthly Basis. Assist with review of Invoices in IFS for all Manpower Agencies and maintain Agency Accrual Spreadsheet. Maintain the 'Travel Tracker' for each Rig to better monitor Travel expenditure. Support HR Advisors (HRA) and HR Coordinator's (HRC) with new hire, promotions, demotions, and transfers. Assist in Administrative tasks to support Local HRC's as instructed by Regional HR Manager. Support HRA's and HRC's in the sourcing of ad-hoc personnel to ensure rig is fully crewed at all times according to Standard Manning. Assist in Weekly Training Reports to the Rig Management, and where applicable, identify compliance issues. Assist with the timely renewal of mandatory certification and offshore medicals for offshore personnel in accordance with training matrix. Assist with the upload of Training Certificates to the Company Learning Management System (LMS) Assist arranging of travel arrangements as requested by Regional HR Manager. Perform other duties, complete additional tasks, and support ad hoc projects as required including other HR generalist duties as directed by the HR Manager.

Qualifications and ExperienceWorking towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or relevant subject. Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred. Excellent communication skills: Fluency in written and spoken English required. Competent using HRIS and MS Office. Maintain confidentiality of Company and personnel information. Ability to work as a team and individually, uses own initiative to identify and prioritize. Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times while dealing with a wide range of people in all communications (face-to-face, video & calling platforms & e-mails). * Highly organised and responsive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
