Support the regional and central HR services team as the local point of escalation
Co-ordination of local practices for people services e.g. approvals and documentation requests, physical signatures, contract printing, filing, archive management and scanning documentation.
Assist the UK HR team and regional HRBPs with the implementation of key HR interventions and employee relations topics
Support onboarding of new colleagues
Support initiatives for employee engagement
Support the HR Business Partners in ensuring compliance with UK labour laws, and reporting obligations and connect with local or central HR team members as needed
Maintain and update local HR policies within the HR portal
Organise the logistics and support the People Services team in all trainings and workshops in the UK to include room bookings, catering, printing of documentation, etc.
Organise the logistics of HR events such as Wellbeing, DEI, CSR and other Committees where required and support in the management on the annual calendar for these events
Raise purchase orders and approve invoices for your designated areas of responsibility
Co-ordinate relationships with local third-party vendors, including participation in the tender process and handling contract documentation
General Administration & Co-ordination
Assist teams in large event management both internal and external (to include venue booking, travel arrangements, etc.)
Be part of the team who plan and execute the UK conferences from securing the venue to collaborating with the leadership team and organization group to develop and guide the agenda
Provide administrative support for monthly townhall meetings
Supporting the Senior Leadership team with administrative tasks
