We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our friendly team based in Shropshire. This role would be ideal for somebody with previous HR experience, or somebody looking to start a career in HR. For the right individual the company will support the successful candidate in obtaining their level 3 CIPD qualification.
Duties
Support the HR Manager and other members of the team with any HR specific tasks.
General administration including; filing, vetting of new starter, minute taking and the processing of leavers.
Maintain the company database YouManager.
Assisting with grievance and disciplinary issues.
Requirements
Previous experience in human resources or a related administrative role is preferred.
The successful applicant must be computer literate and have great attention to detail. They must also be an excellent communicator and be able to work both independently, with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
The successful applicant may be required to travel to any of our centres to provide HR support and therefore will require a passport and full driving license.
