Job Description

You will report to the Head of HR and your main responsibilities will be supporting the team to deliver recruitment, onboarding, training and development opportunities to colleagues.

Key Duties



To respond to general queries from colleagues and external contacts. Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, for example posting job adverts, managing the recruitment inbox and arranging interviews. Undertaking pre-employment checks for new starters including DBS, right to work checks and following up employment references. Co-ordinating onboarding programmes for new staff, ensuring these are well organised and tailored. Arrange training courses as required, making bookings, organising delegate attendance, managing e-learning systems and carrying out post training analysis. Maintain the HR Hub page, with up to date information, policies and procedures. To be responsible for providing timely and relevant HR management information and reports as required. To help ensure our HR system is up to date and colleagues are supported with any queries or issues as necessary. Administer Soha's Flexible Benefits scheme. Co-ordinating the completion of purchase orders and processing invoices for HR related activities. Provide support to the HR Business Partner as required in relation to payroll and any other HR projects. Carry out such other duties as necessary to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR support to the organisation. Assisting with occasional customer service agent cover as required.

What you will need;



Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and simply. Previous administrative experience. Excellent IT skills The ability to work with strict confidence, whilst gaining trust quickly. Analytical skills to include a logical, structured and imaginative approach to problem solving. Experience of working flexibly and contributing to continuous change, business improvement and adding value to the organisation. Self-motivated, often working under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines and targets. * Previous experience of HR would be advantageous but not essential as training and development will be provided.
