We're a fast-growing company specialising in powered access equipment.
With a team of over 50 employees across multiple locations, we're now looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to support our busy HR function.
This is an
entry-level opportunity
for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to build a long-term career in the field. You'll work closely with the HR Manager, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of HR administration while being supported in your development.

What will you be doing?
Assist with the recruitment process: job posting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding paperwork
Maintain and update employee records (digital and paper)
Track and monitor holiday, sick leave, and attendance
Help coordinate training and development activities
Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as needed
Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
What we are looking for?
A genuine interest in HR and career development within the field
Previous administrative experience (HR preferred)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Friendly and approachable communication style
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Confident using Microsoft Office and Google suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.67 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Driving Licence (preferred)
