The role:



We have an exciting new vacancy for an HR Assistant to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract.



Working as part of a friendly, dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR function by providing administrative assistance across HR tasks relating to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training and development, employee relations, benefits and absence management.



In addition, you will support the team to ensure compliance with employment legislation, firm policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to various organisational projects that fall under the remit of the Group as required.





The candidate:



Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role or be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and keen to commence a career in HR.



You will have a strong attention to detail, a discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, excellent organisational and communication skills, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
