We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive HR Assistant to come and join our growing business near Lutterworth. This is a full time position, with the possibility of working the minimum of 30 to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a HR Assistant your role will be to support the wider Management team with a range of administrative duties across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Acting as first point of contact for any HR related enquiries.
Maintain and update the HR system.
Using your employment law knowledge to offer sound generalist HR advice.
Recruitment administration; on-boarding & compliance.
Benefits administration.
Contracts & policy administration.
Monthly payroll submission.
Supporting Management team with ad hoc project work.
Management of day to day HR tasks including sickness, absence, holidays.
Skills
CIPD Level 3 qualification required or relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of UK employment law.
Able to work independently handling general HR queries via phone and email.
IT literate with experience of managing a HR system.
Passionate about providing high quality and professional HR services at all times.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Careful and thorough attitude with a good work ethic.
