This is an opportunity to join TIMCO, one of Cheshire's most established and thriving companies, supplying the essential products that building trade professionals rely on every day. 180 of our 215 employees are based at Wardle, near Nantwich and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Range of Responsibilities:
Recruitment advertisement and communications with candidates
Interviews, onboarding, and Inductions
Administration of employee records under retention regulations
Help administering HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Promotion of company values and purpose
Correspondence to employees
Organisation of training and workplace development
Support with company events
Administration of annual reviews
Assistance with management of payroll and welfare platforms
Assistance with disciplinary issues
Administration for Leavers
Skills Required:
CIPD Level 3
HR Experience
